She looked at him curiously, but didn't bother to talk to him.

He kept talking to himself, obviously uncomfortable.

Aya kept watching him, finding this quite amuzing. "You could leave if you want to.."

He slowly walked to her. "I'm too curious. The discomfort is bearable. Not knowing what this is is unbearable."

She couldn't help but grin at him. "Really? You know being curious isn't a good thing.. can get you killed."

He shrugged. "Can't stop it. Trait of my air elemental side."

Aya smiled, then shrugged. "An air elemental hmm? Interesing.." She muttered to herself.

He nodded. "I'm half-elf half-air elemental. It can be fun."

She looked over at him. "Being just and elf is enough for me."

He tilted his head curiously. "What do you mean being just an elf is good enough for you?"

Aya looked at him, more like she was glaring than anything. "I just think it's better to be one thing." She shrugged.

He sighed. "I am more elf than elemental. I just put it out there so people understand I'm not what I seem all the time."

She raised a brow. "Hmmm... well, I'm mostly the same all the time. Depends on who you talk to." She smirked and stepped away from the wall.

(Hey how are you doing, Kana?)

He smiled. "Nice comeback. So, do you hav eany idea why we are here?"

(been better Emmett, you?)

She smiled, then quickly made it disappear. "Nope, no idea.. and thanks, though it's true."

He shrugged. "It was palced perfectly. Anyway, I guess we will just have to find out."

She rolled ehr eyes, smirking. "True. The name's Aya by the way."

He held out his hand. "I'm Shadow Nightshade. Shadow to most people."

She looked at his hand, then finally shook it. "Pleasure." She pulled her hand back quickly, like he'd stung her.

He winced. "What happened? Are you uncomfortable around men or something?"

She stared at him, shocked. Since when did anyone, mainly a guy care about her? She nodded. "Very..."

He frowned. "Hopefully you get a bit less timid around them."

She shook her head, then backed up against the wall. "Not gonna happen anytime soon.." She looked at him curiously. Did he actually somewhat care?

He smiled sincerely. "I'll help if you want me to."
