"they were too annoying." she said. she bent down and looked at a gaurd. she leaned in too drink.

"Alright, you are right they were" He walked into the fire he had started and sat in it.

she moaned from the long time of no blood.

she finished her drink. "do you hear that?" she said. she looked around and saw a guy. who was also cute.

Shae has long since shifted back into his human form and was now walking around. He saw a beautiful girl. But, she smelled different. Not exactly bad, but good. He smiled at the girl, who had turned to face him.

Being half elf and vampire was odd because he senses were weird. She looked at Appolyon and then at this other guy. "i sometimes hate being a princess..." she muttered.

He cocked his head to the side, hearing what she'd said. "You know.. so do I.. well, I'm not a princess obviously. But, I know what you mean."

she blushed. "im sorry that was rude of me." she curtsied.

He smiled brightly at her and took bowed. "Don't worry about it princess. Besides, I don't like titles. I pretty much dropped mine." He stood up and looked her over curiously. She didn't seem like much of a threat to him.

she smiled. "dont think you can just beat me up, i look weaker then i am." she grinned knowing what he was doing. "so im a princess, he's a prince, and you are?" she asked.

He chuckled, then looked straight at her face. "I was actually about to conclude that. You don't seem like the kind of weak princess." He paused for a slight second. "I'm a prince, though I prefer to not call myself one. Makes things easier."

She nodded. "Well, i am Princess Rose, i just got away from home, with this guy here. He 'plans' on taking me home" she giggled and rolled her eyes. "though, he cant be sure what i'll do, he hasn't won my heart just yet." she laughed some more.

He chuckled. "Pleasure to meet you Rose. Hope you don't mind if i call you that. I'm Shae. I've been away from my home for a while. Not too sure how i ended up here though." He smiled at her, his eyes twinkling. "And, I don't think he should make you do anything. You had to have had a good reason to leave right?"

"yeah, i hated it there. i can't stand being locked up all the time. he helped me get out though.

He nodded. "Same, that's why i left.. and now he's going to take you back?" He shook his head.
