Her eyes wandered to the people who were dancing near them. "Nothing."

Mire looked into Amandas eyes. "We should leave tonight...right now infact."

"You are wondering around the room. Hoping you see someone you know?"

She nodded. "Someone from my human times...but I don't see anyone."

"Funny. You should realize that you won't find anyone from that long ago"

She looked back at him. "It never felt like that long ago..." she bit her lip.

"Yeah it never does when you live for eternity"

She sighed. "It's the only thing that I really still haven't gotten used too."

"You live an eternity like me and you get used to the mortals eventually"

"It's not getting used to them, I'm fine with them, I used to be one.." she shook her head. "It's watching them all pass on while I don't age a day. That's what I have to get used to."

"You will trust me. It gets boring after a while but eh whatever"

"Yeah, maybe to someone like you who has had it since you came into existence." she looked away at him, and back at the people around them.

"True but even you will get used to it eventually. Just not as soon as I did."

She looked back at him, and nodded. She noticed the music had stopped now, and a new song was starting. She looked into his eyes. "Want to sit this one out?"

"Sure might as well" he said

She found a seat, and sat down. She watched the dancers with little interest now.

"So whats on your mind right now?"

She sighed. "Many things."

He simply just laughed
