"how?" she finally said.

"I was born with this...this...this curse. I am what I am not by choice."

"o-okay..." she said.

"Why are you not running away?"

"would there be a point to it?" she asked.

"I would not chase you." His eyes were still full of sorrow

"that doesnt answer my question. there would be no point in running and screaming. it'd help no one" she concluded.

"What do you mean help no one?"

"it's new for me, thats what i mean." she looked at him. "its new love."

"L-love?" He voice was anxious. "You love me?"

"i think." she answered.

"Even though you now know what I am?"

"i think thats what's making me stay." she said.

He smiled and huged her. "I think that I love you to."

she smiled and closed her eyes as she was in his arms.

He held her close. If he could cry he probably would have.

she smiled.

"Please, let us leave this place together."

She tilted her head to the side, more interested now. "Really? And your name?" she smiled.

"Appolyon Dregoth. At your service. You are?"

"My name is Maria." she smiled.

"So wonder what that Vampire is going to do"

Maria snorted a bit. "It probably has something to do with the human girl." she shook her head. She had noticed something creepy about the way they danced together..something other than the fact it was a human and a vampire dancing together.

"So what are you doing here anyway besides the fact that I am sure you smelled the vampire"

She smiled some. "I was just hoping to sit back and relax...maybe dance a bit."
